RUM AIRWAVES

Captain's Delight
In the world of pilots and stars, Captain’s Delight is an indispensable ally. The smooth and rich rum of Don Papa is combined with the subtle bitterness of Amaro Montenegro, while caramel syrup brings velvety sweetness. Chocolate bitters add complexity and a touch of mystery, which is perfectly balanced by the freshness of ripe banana. This cocktail offers a balanced experience that will caress the senses and energize you for the next flight.
Jet Stream Juice
Where the sky meets the clouds and the air carries the promise of distance, that's where the inspiration for our Jet Stream Juice came from. A summer whirlwind of flavors begins with the combination of Caribbean Bumbu rum and tropical pineapple puree. Nut syrup adds smoothness, fresh lime juice adds juicy acidity, and sparkling water lifts everything to new heights. A refreshing drink that will take you to the jet stream.

TEQUILA SKYLINE

Amber Landing
Like a smooth sunset landing, Amber Landing brings a calm and refined experience. Golden Tequila Olmeca is combined with the richness of Antica Formula, fresh lime juice adds juicy acidity, while orange bitters and pink grapefruit tonic highlight the citrus freshness. A salty touch of sea salt on the rim of the glass balances the sweetness of the agave syrup and grounds the entire cocktail in delicious harmony. The ideal drink for those who love elegance with a strong character - a landing you will want to repeat.
Lemon Drift
Prepare for a refreshing blend of freshness and elegance. Limoncello and fresh rosemary create a perfectly balanced flight of flavors. Olmeca Blanco Tequila, along with Cointreau orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice, enhance the experience, while agave syrup adds a subtle sweetness. Lemon Drift is a cocktail that will delight your senses and add a fresh sparkle to every moment.

GIN & TONIC

Botanical Glide
A serene drift through fragrant airspace, Botanical Glide floats on the floral lift of Hendrick’s signature botanicals and Thomas Henry’s aromatic tonic. Cucumber and mint guide the landing with spa-like clarity. The result is an easy-going altitude—perfect for light cruising at any hour.
Tangerine Taxi
Zesty and assertive like a runway taxi at golden hour, Tangerine Taxi charges ahead with blood orange vibrancy from Malfy Arancia. Bitter lemon tonic gives it punch and length, while rosemary adds Mediterranean flair. It’s a bold, bright aperitivo built for fast tracks and full flavor.
Cherry Cloud
Like drifting through sweet jet trails at dusk, Cherry Cloud softens the senses with the mellow fruit of sloe gin and floral cherry blossom tonic. Delicate and playful, this cocktail lands gently with a touch of tartness and the elegance of spring air. A dreamlike flight in a glass.

SPRITZES

Flight Path
Bittersweet and quietly complex, Flight Path travels across your palate with botanical notes and soft alpine herbs. Ramazzotti’s orange and spice meets the crisp green of Dolin Dry, making this the perfect companion for high-altitude introspection.
Cabin Pressure
As crisp as morning air on the runway, Cabin Pressure combines Lillet’s citrusy vanilla tones with a splash of lemon and sparkling prosecco. It’s an easy pre-flight refresher—light, aromatic, and smooth as boarding in zone one.
Cloud Bouquet
Fragrant, balanced, and lightly bitter, our Signature spritz Cloud Bouquet opens like the scent of fresh flowers in the galley. The combination of Italicus, Aperol and Chambord gives layered citrus and rose notes, while prosecco makes it glide. A romantic seat in the sky.
