The chef of our restaurant, Jaroslav Korint, has a deep-rooted relationship with cooking that traces back to his childhood. As a child, he helped his parents in their restaurant, absorbing the atmosphere of the kitchen, which became a second home to him. His career was also greatly influenced by his grandmother, who spent several years in France. She taught him to view cooking as an art that combines precision with creativity.

Throughout his rich career, he has worked in the kitchens of prestigious hotels and restaurants both in the Czech Republic and abroad. At these establishments, he led culinary teams, created menus, planned gastronomic experiences for guests, and continuously honed his skills.

His cuisine is based on seasonal and local ingredients. He finds inspiration in tradition as well as modern trends, drawing from his travels, seminars, and internships. His approach merges the best of Czech cuisine with international influences and a strong emphasis on detail.
